the charming atmosphere of the hotel was overshadowed by the cold room, absolutely unbearable! noise traveled freely, reminding me i was not alone, how lovely. expected a complimentary gesture for such discomfort, but received nothing. almost gave a good review, but how could i? such a letdown for 4 stars! upside-down world indeed.

The exceptional cleanliness and delicious six-course dinners were the highlights for me. My only drawback was the noisy room, which got a bit annoying at night. a fab stay! 😊

I stayed for 3 nights in a superior room that had a comfortable bed and sufficient wardrobe space. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety of options, and the rooftop pool provided stunning views of Montecatini Alto. The staff, especially Diane and Marco at the reception, were incredibly helpful, giving great tips on local transportation and dining. One area for improvement would be for the hotel to provide pool towels as that was a bit inconvenient.

We had a splendid time at this hotel, especially enjoying the spacious family rooms. Our visit to the nearby Beauty Farm in Monsummano Terme was a delightful highlight for all, including our grandchild. The breakfast offered a fantastic variety, and the atmosphere was welcoming.
